As EPM’s Property Services Expert, Tammie works closely with clients to identify their property needs, provide customized maintenance solutions, and ensure quality care through her leadership of the Horticulture Department.
Her career began as an office manager for another local grounds maintenance contractor, where she eventually purchased the company’s maintenance division. For 19 years, Tammie owned and operated Groundskeepers Services, LLC, specializing in high-level horticultural care for residential clients. She also founded and managed Housekeepers Services, LLC, which allowed her to offer clients a full spectrum of home and property maintenance services. Before joining EPM, Kerri built a strong foundation in finance through her work in banking, public accounting, and small business bookkeeping. She spent years preparing personal and business tax returns, reconciling accounts, and developing financial reports for multiple organizations. That experience gave her a deep appreciation for the details that drive a company’s success.
What Kerri enjoys most about EPM is the people — a close-knit group of managers and teammates who know how to work hard, laugh often, and always put clients first. Her leadership style reflects that same spirit: always ready to lend a hand, ensure accuracy, and help others keep projects moving forward without delay.
Outside of work, Kerri loves spending time with her family — especially her granddaughter, Paityn. She enjoys reading and attending live music concerts whenever she can.
