During your first consultation, we will discuss the scope of work that your property needs, and then we can schedule your site evaluation meeting. If you have urgent needs, we can address those at a faster pace.
This on-site visit gives us an opportunity to meet with your company decision-makers and review your property together. We can talk about issues you have with your commercial grounds, what services you may need, and the service terms that work best for you.
During this in-person meeting, our team will present to you a detailed site map and estimate with a line-itemized proposal. We will explain our recommendations, and you can choose which services and frequencies are important to you.
While our two-year agreement is ideal for locking in a great rate and guaranteeing service, we can customize our terms to fit your specific needs.
Our management will touch base with you throughout the year to see how things are going with our services. You can let us know if your needs have changed, so we can adjust our services accordingly.
