EPM of Michigan $1,000 Service Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The EPM of Michigan Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted starting on the first day of the Jackson Home and Garden Show and ending [Feb 27 - Mar 01, 2026 3pm EST].

3. How to Enter:

• Base Entry (1 Entry): Submit a valid email address via the official entry form.

• Double Your Entries (2 Total): Opt-in to receive the EPM monthly newsletter by checking the corresponding box on the entry form.

• Triple Your Entries (3 Total): Request a consultation with an EPM salesperson by checking the "Request a Quote/Consultation" box.

• Note: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

4. The Prize: One (1) winner will receive a credit of $1,000 to be applied toward any residential or commercial landscaping services provided by EPM of Michigan. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credit must be used within [12 months] of the award date.

5. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the email provided within [7] days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [14] days, EPM of Michigan reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

6. Privacy & Data: By entering, you agree to receive communications from EPM of Michigan. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Your information will never be sold to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless EPM of Michigan from any liability or or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
